The whitening procedures are done at ones own pace because the longer the strips are kept on during each daily session the more they whiten. Results can been seen in days or weeks. Stores offer strips that stay in for a certain period of time daily and strips that dissolve in your mouth.

There are various sort of teeth whitening kits that you can buy online. Though there are a couple of those that use carbamide peroxide as the teeth whitening gel, they do not confirm to EU regulations. One of the problems associated with such gels is that they can make your teeth sensitive and lead to irritation too.
